- The Monday file uses ISO 8601 weeks: it opens with Week 53 of 2026 (28 Dec 2026 to 3 Jan 2027) and ends with W52 on 27 Dec 2027 to 2 Jan 2028. In the Sunday file, weeks run Sunday to Saturday and week 1 contains 1 January.
- 365 daily pages
- Every day from 1 January to 31 December 2027, headed like "Friday 1 January", with a schedule, three priorities, to-dos, notes and one good thing, and links to the previous and next day, its week, its month and the year.
- Notes
- A notes index and 12 notes pages.

- A strip on every page: 2027, Jan to Dec, Notes, with the current month highlighted. Days outside 2027 are greyed and not linked. No public holidays are marked. About 9,600 internal links per file.

How to start
Unzip the download and choose Monday start or Sunday start.
Import the PDF into GoodNotes or Notability as a new notebook.
Open the 2027 overview and tap the month you are in.
Write on any page. Tabs and dates take you around; the overview is always one tap away.

- Personal use: for you and your household, on your own devices, printed as often as you like for yourselves. No reselling, sharing or using it for work. The licence in full
- Delivery
After payment your download link appears on screen and arrives by email. It works for 7 days and 5 uses (a download, or opening a Sheets or Notion link). If it runs out, ask for a new one on the lost link page.
- Withdrawal
- If a file doesn't open or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or refund you. Because the files arrive straight away, you'll be asked at checkout to agree that withdrawal ends once you start a download or open a link. How withdrawal works

Questions about this one
What is on the first page, before January 2027?
The first week page of the Monday file is Week 53 of 2026 (28 December to 3 January), so the week is whole. Days outside 2027 are greyed out and not linked.
Are public holidays marked?
No. Holidays differ by country, so the days are left plain for you to mark.
Monday or Sunday start, which do I get?
Both. They are two separate PDFs in the same download. Use whichever you like.
Do the links work in my app?
They are standard PDF links, built for GoodNotes and Notability on iPad. We checked the links in the file itself but have not opened it in those apps, so tell us if something does not behave.
What about 2028?
If we make a 2028 edition, it will be a separate product. This one is 2027 only.
