- The index has 12 month tiles, 53 week buttons, 31 day buttons and a year notes area. Write the year on the cover.
- 12 month pages
- An undated 7 by 6 grid with write-in date slots, a focus and notes column, and a 1 to 31 day strip.
- 53 week pages
- Seven day boxes, a top three and notes, with "From __ to __" to fill in.
- 31 daily pages
- Day 1 to Day 31, reused by every month: a schedule from 06 to 22, top three, 16 to-dos, notes and one good thing.

- A notes index and 12 notes pages, alternating lined and dot grid.

How to start
Unzip the download and pick the Monday-start or Sunday-start PDF.
In GoodNotes or Notability, import it as a new notebook.
Write the year on the cover and the dates into the month pages you are about to use.
Tap a month tab, then a week, then a day. The Index button on every page takes you back.

Licence, Delivery, Updates and support
- Licence
- Personal use: for you and your household, on your own devices, printed as often as you like for yourselves. No reselling, sharing or using it for work. The licence in full
- Delivery
After payment your download link appears on screen and arrives by email. It works for 7 days and 5 uses (a download, or opening a Sheets or Notion link). If it runs out, ask for a new one on the lost link page.
- Withdrawal
- If a file doesn't open or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or refund you. Because the files arrive straight away, you'll be asked at checkout to agree that withdrawal ends once you start a download or open a link. How withdrawal works
- Updates and support

Probably not for you if
- You want the dates already printed. The 2027 Digital Planner is the dated one, same price.
- You don't have a note-taking app that writes on PDFs. You'll need GoodNotes, Notability or similar.
- You plan on paper. The Printable Weekly & Daily Planner is €9 and made for printing.

Questions about this one
Do the links work in GoodNotes 5 and 6?
The file uses standard PDF links, which is what both read. We have checked the links in the file itself, but have not opened it in GoodNotes or Notability here, so tell us if something does not behave.
53 weeks?
Some years touch 53 weeks, depending on where they start. The spare week is there so you do not run out.
The daily pages are numbered 1 to 31. How do I keep a month?
The 31 day pages are shared by every month, which keeps the file light and undated. To keep a month, duplicate the pages you used or export them before you reuse them.
Is there a portrait version?
Not in this version. It is landscape, 1112 by 834 points, the 4:3 proportions of an iPad screen.
Can I use it on an Android tablet?
It opens, but other apps may handle the tab links differently. We build for GoodNotes and Notability on iPad. Copies made inside an app may lose links.
