When you can withdraw

Right of withdrawal: consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For files and access links, this right ends when you start a download or open an access link, but only if you first asked for immediate access and confirmed that you lose the right (the boxes at checkout). If you still have the right, use “Withdraw from the contract here” at dreamassetsstudio.com/withdraw.

For files you have already started downloading, or access links you have already opened, after giving your consent, the right of withdrawal has ended. Custom work: see the quote.

In practice, you still have the right if:

• no download from the order has started and no access link from it has been opened, and
• fewer than 14 days have passed since the contract was concluded (the day your payment was confirmed).

For a bundle, using a link for any item ends the right for the whole bundle.

You may also still have the right if, for any reason, we didn’t collect your consent and acknowledgement at checkout or didn’t confirm them in your order email. In that case the right doesn’t end when you use a link, and you pay nothing for what you received.

Custom templates

For a custom template, you have 14 days from accepting the quote to withdraw. If you asked us to start work before the 14 days ended, you pay a proportional amount for the work done up to the moment you withdraw. If we completed all the work within the 14 days and you confirmed that you lose the right, you can’t withdraw afterwards. Your quote repeats this.

What happens after you withdraw

• We send you an acknowledgement by email with the date and time we received your withdrawal.
• We check the order. If the right applies, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another one. There’s no fee.
• We switch off the links for the order.
• If the right had already ended, we write to you and explain why.
