Terms of Sale

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on dreamassetsstudio.com.

The shop is Dream Assets Studio, run by its founder Titouan Bruno Pin-Pin Fouques, 8 Grand Rue, 44400 Rezé, France. Phone: +33 6 31 35 65 29. Email: support@dreamassetsstudio.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the seller described here and on the legal notice.

These terms cover the templates and bundles in the shop. Custom templates are sold under a separate written quote (section 17).

The Licence Terms form part of these terms. You accept both before you order. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the order page and attached as a PDF to your confirmation email.

2. Definitions

• Template: a file or access link sold in the shop: an Excel .xlsx file, a Google Sheets copy link, a PDF (printable, fillable or hyperlinked for tablets), a Notion “Duplicate” link, a PDF setup guide, or a .zip of several of these.
• Bundle: several templates sold together at one price.
• Access link: a link that opens a Google Sheets “Make a copy” page or a Notion “Duplicate” page through our own download address.
• You: the person placing the order.

3. Who can buy

The shop sells to private individuals for personal, non-professional use. When you order, you confirm that you are buying for personal use, not for a business or profession. If you need a template for work, write to support@dreamassetsstudio.com about a commercial licence.

You must be 18 or over, or have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy.

4. How an order is placed

1. You choose a template or a bundle on its product page.
2. On our order page you give your email address and the country you live in.
3. You tick four boxes: that you are buying for personal use; that you accept these terms, the Licence Terms and the Privacy Notice and meet the age condition; that you ask for your files and access links to be made available immediately after payment; and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once you have started a download or opened an access link (section 8).
4. You press “Order with obligation to pay”. You are then taken to Stripe’s payment page, where you can still check the price and correct your details.
5. By paying on Stripe’s page, you place an order with an obligation to pay.

The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We confirm it by email straight away, with the details of your order, the boxes you ticked and the time you ticked them, and these terms as a PDF.

Each order covers one template or one bundle. We may refuse an order before payment is confirmed, for example if a template isn’t available yet. If we take a payment for an order we can’t fulfil, we refund it in full.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. The VAT included depends on the country you live in. The price you pay is the one shown on our order page and on Stripe’s page when you pay. Prices are one-off: there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Bundle prices are shown with the total of the items bought separately, for example “Bundle: €29 (items bought separately: €55)”. We don’t run time-limited discounts or show “was” prices. If we ever show an earlier price for a price reduction, it will be the lowest price we charged in the previous 30 days.

Payment is taken by Stripe using the methods offered on Stripe’s page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt. Your bank may charge currency conversion or card fees.

6. Delivery

Your templates are made available as soon as your payment is confirmed. The links appear on the thank-you page, and the same links are sent to the email address you gave.

• Each link works for 7 days and allows 5 uses per item. A use is a download, or opening an access link.
• When a link has expired or been used up, you can ask for a new one at dreamassetsstudio.com/download with your email and order number, for 24 months after purchase. A new link gives you the latest version, and earlier links for the order stop working.
• Google Sheets templates are delivered as a “Make a copy” link together with an Excel .xlsx file. You need a Google account. Your copy is created in your own Google Drive. Where a “Make a copy” link isn’t set up yet, you receive the .xlsx file, which you can import into Google Sheets.
• Notion templates arrive as a private “Duplicate” link plus a PDF setup guide. You’ll need a Notion account (the free plan works for most templates; each product page says what it needs). Open the link and click Duplicate to put your own copy in your workspace. Notion is a separate service with its own terms and can change how it works. Your copy stays in your workspace; we keep the link active for at least 24 months and will resend it on request.
• Where a Notion template’s Duplicate link is not yet published, the product page says so before you buy, and you receive the PDF setup guide, which describes the full structure so you can build the template in your own workspace. We send the Duplicate link to the address on your order once it is published.

If the email hasn’t arrived within an hour of paying, check your spam folder and then contact us. If a delay or fault is on our side, we deliver your templates another way at no cost to you.

We switch off the links for an order after a refund, a withdrawal or a payment reversal.

7. Technical requirements

Before you buy, each product page shows what you get, the paper sizes or versions included, and a “Works with” table that marks each app as “Built for”, “Works, with limits” (with a note) or “Not for this file”. In summary:

• Excel: .xlsx files without macros, built for Microsoft 365 Excel on Windows and Mac.
• Google Sheets: a current web browser and a Google account. The Sheets phone app is suited to viewing and quick entries rather than setting up.
• Tablet PDFs: hyperlinked PDFs built for GoodNotes and Notability. They open in other PDF apps, but internal links may not work in every app.
• Fillable PDFs: a PDF app that supports form fields.
• Printable PDFs: A4 and US Letter versions. Print at 100% or “Actual size”. Colours vary between printers and papers.
• Notion: a Notion account. Each product page says whether the free plan is enough.

Our files are not password-protected and contain no technical protection measures. You need the app for the template you buy; apps, accounts and subscriptions from Microsoft, Google, Notion, GoodNotes, Notability or others are not sold by us and are not part of the price.

8. Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For files and access links, this right ends when you start a download or open an access link, but only if you first asked for immediate access and confirmed that you lose the right (the boxes at checkout). If you still have the right, use “Withdraw from the contract here” at dreamassetsstudio.com/withdraw.

In detail:

• At checkout you are asked to tick two boxes: one asking for your files and access links to be made available immediately, before the 14-day period ends, and one confirming that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once you have started a download or opened an access link. We confirm both in your order email.
• The right ends for the whole order, including every item in a bundle, once any download from it has started or any access link from it has been opened.
• If you haven’t used any link from the order, you can withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason.
• To withdraw, use the withdrawal function, send us the model withdrawal form, or tell us clearly in any other way, for example by email to support@dreamassetsstudio.com. The full information and the model form are on the right of withdrawal page.
• If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You pay no fee for the refund. We switch off the links for the order.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The templates you buy are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code. This guarantee cannot be excluded or limited.

If a file doesn’t open or doesn’t match its description, we’ll fix it or refund you. In practice: tell us what’s wrong. We bring the template into conformity, usually by sending a corrected file, free of charge and within a reasonable time. If we can’t do that, don’t do it within a reasonable time, or the fault is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get your money back.

The guarantee also applies when the right of withdrawal has ended.

10. Refunds

We refund:

• after a valid withdrawal (section 8);
• under the legal guarantee, when a fault can’t be fixed (section 9);
• when we couldn’t fulfil an order (section 4);
• when you were charged twice for the same order.

To ask for a refund, write to support@dreamassetsstudio.com with your order number and what went wrong.

11. Licence

When your payment is confirmed, you receive a personal-use licence for the template, as set out in the Licence Terms. In short: use it, edit it and print it for yourself and your household; don’t share, resell, upload or post the files or links, and don’t use them for work. We keep the copyright. What you enter into a template is yours.

12. Support and updates

We answer questions about opening and setting up a template, and reports of faults, by email at support@dreamassetsstudio.com. We usually reply within 2 working days. This is a target, not a promise, and it doesn’t reduce your legal rights.

Support doesn’t include adapting a template to your own categories or layout, adding features, or advice on what to enter. Adapting a template is available as a custom template (section 17).

Fixes are free for as long as we sell the template. The latest version is delivered whenever you ask for a new link (section 6). A Notion copy already in your workspace doesn’t update by itself; duplicate the template again to get a fixed version.

13. Not advice, and liability

Dream Assets Studio templates are planning and tracking tools. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and they don’t know your personal situation. Example figures are made up. You’re responsible for what you enter and for the decisions you make with the results.

Journals and trackers from Dream Assets Studio are for personal reflection and organising your days. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and they don’t diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you’re struggling with your health or mental health, please talk to a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

The names, figures and entries in our previews and example data are made up.

We’re liable as the law provides. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the French Consumer Code or under the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

14. Personal data

We use the personal data you give us to take your order, deliver your templates, send receipts, keep proof of the boxes you ticked and meet our legal obligations. The Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why, for how long, and your rights. What you type into a template never reaches us.

15. Complaints and mediation

If you have a complaint, write to support@dreamassetsstudio.com or to Dream Assets Studio, 8 Grand Rue, 44400 Rezé, France, with your order number. We try to reply within 2 working days.

16. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by French law. This choice doesn’t deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in the French courts.

17. Custom templates

Custom templates are quoted in writing after you send the request form. The quote gives the final price with VAT, what you’ll get, the timing and the licence. The contract starts only when you accept the quote and pay. If you’re a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. If you ask us to start work earlier, you pay a proportional amount for the work done up to the moment you withdraw. If we complete all the work within the 14 days and you’ve confirmed you lose the right, you can’t withdraw afterwards. Unless the quote says otherwise, custom templates come with the personal-use licence.

18. Language

These terms are written in English, and the shop is offered in English.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply only to orders placed after the new version is published. The terms that apply to your order are the version shown at checkout and attached to your confirmation email. Each version carries its number and date on this page.
