How to start
Open the PDF guide next to Notion.
Build the six databases in the order given, then the dashboard page from the layout diagram.
Add the views and formulas as listed.
Add your own tasks, routines, meals and bills, and share the page with your household.

- Personal use: for you and your household, on your own devices, printed as often as you like for yourselves. No reselling, sharing or using it for work. The licence in full

Notion templates arrive as a private "Duplicate" link plus a PDF setup guide. You'll need a Notion account (the free plan works for most templates; each product page says what it needs). Open the link and click Duplicate to put your own copy in your workspace. Notion is a separate service with its own terms and can change how it works. Your copy stays in your workspace; we keep the link active for at least 24 months and will resend it on request.
Right now this template arrives as a PDF setup guide: every property, view and formula, in the order you add them, so you build your own copy in your Notion workspace. We're publishing a Duplicate link for it; once it's live, every buyer of this template gets it on their download page, and you can ask us to resend it at any time. You'll need a Notion account. The free plan is enough for this one.
- Withdrawal

Probably not for you if
- Not everyone in the house uses, or wants to use, Notion. A paper binder might work better for you.
- You want notifications for tasks. Notion's free plan reminders are limited, and this template doesn't add any.
- You want to track your budget in it. The money templates are spreadsheets.

Questions about this one
Does it work on the free plan with several people?
You can share a page with other people on the free plan. Notion sets its own limits on guests and editing, and they can change, so check its current plan page if your household is large.
Why is the guide longer than the habit tracker's?
It has six databases instead of two, and more formulas. The guide builds them one at a time.
Have the formulas been tested in Notion?
They are written for the current Notion formula editor, but we have not run them inside Notion yet. The guide says so and has a troubleshooting page. Tell us if one misbehaves and we will fix the guide.
Will you keep the Duplicate link working?
Once it is published, we keep it active for at least 24 months and resend it whenever you ask.
